Nominations for Officers and Board of Directors

At the November 12th Member's Meeting, the following members were nominated from the floor for the Executive Officers and open Board of Directors positions for 2014.

President: Doug Cummings

Vice President: Dave Bergeron

Treasurer: Dave Parker

Recording Secretary: Michael Gallant

Membership Secretary: Dave Pelkey

Chief Range Officer: Dominic Serino

Sargent At Arms: Dominic Serino

Board Members: (3) Positions - 1 Year Term

      Al Dicarlo

Voting by the Membership to officially elect these nominations into office for 2014 will take place at the December 10th Member's Meeting. Write in nominations will also be accepted on the ballot form.

If you cannot attend the December 10th meeting, Dominic Serino will have ballots available at the club house on Sunday, December 8th.

These nominations will be placed on the ballot for the Election of Officers and Directors at the December 10th Membership business meeting.

The positions open for nominations are:

• Recording Secretary
• Membership Secretary
• Chief Range Officer
• Sergeant-At-Arms
• (3) Board of Director positions.

Another eNewsletter will be sent before the elections in December listing the nominations for each position.

As a member of Easthampton Fish & Game, it is extremely important that you get involved in this process.
